Case Study: Sorik Marapi, Sumatra

Greenfield Geothermal Exploration — North Sumatra, Indonesia

Led a multi-disciplinary geothermal exploration programme at Sorik Marapi, a high-enthalpy volcanic geothermal system in North Sumatra. The project involved geological mapping, geochemical surveys, and geophysical data integration to develop a robust conceptual model supporting exploration drilling decisions.

The project delivered a technically rigorous exploration dataset supporting project financing and subsequent development of a multi-well exploration programme.
